A letter from Sabri Ally

Growing up in London, training was always a big part of my life. I understood the importance of discipline, consistency and putting the work in to achieve your goals. But finding convenient, high-protein halal food that genuinely delivered on taste and quality was a challenge.

That experience sparked an idea, but my real passion has always been food itself — creating high-quality products that people can genuinely enjoy and feel proud to serve.

For us, it has never been about simply putting another halal product on the shelf. It is about raising the standard of what people can expect from halal food.

We believe great food starts with great recipes. That is why we are committed to working with talented chefs, taking the time to refine our recipes and exploring different techniques until we get the taste just right. If it takes working with multiple chefs and going through countless rounds of testing to achieve the standard we want, that is exactly what we are prepared to do.

Our product range will draw inspiration from the culinary traditions and expertise of the countries behind the food we create. We want every product to deliver an authentic taste and experience, bringing the character, flavour and quality of its origins straight to your table.

And our work does not stop when a product launches. Our chefs will continue to test, refine and improve our recipes because we believe there is always room to do better.

We are not here to compete on affordability alone. We are here to compete on quality, flavour and authenticity.

At a time when where you buy your food matters, who you choose to support matters just as much. We believe in supporting the businesses closest to us first, from our local butchers to independent convenience stores, because strong communities are built when we grow together.

That is where our journey begins. For us, this is about more than making a profit; it is about creating opportunities, building relationships and helping the people around us grow alongside us. We want to build something that gives back to the community that inspires us, rather than simply taking from it.
